Forums Posting Policy

It is a violation of PLAZA policy to add messages to newsgroups, BLOGs, chat rooms

or other community forums that are:

1) clearly inappropriate given the intended purpose or scope of the newsgroup, including

adding commercial postings to newsgroups of a non-commercial nature

2) in a manner that is clearly excessive and intended to annoy or harass

3) contain insulting, slanderous, inappropriate or obscene language, or

4) spreading of unsubstantiated rumors or gossip. Subscribers that the PLAZA determines

to be in violation of this policy shall be subject to immediate termination of access without

prior notice and offending postings immediately removed, or immediate suspension of access

without prior notice pending results of an investigation.
