How do I get an certificate of insurance (COI) for my mortgage company?
The Plaza is insured with two providers: IMG (master policies) and ProSurant (flood policy).
Both must be contacted for the respective COI's requested. You may find contact info for both
in the COMMUNITY section, INSURANCE area of this website.
